Meetings are always late and we don’t accomplish anything. I hate going to meetings.

Trying to run a meeting without learning the productive skill sets is like trying to herd cats.

A well run meeting shows respect for your employees.

Some tips to help with this:

• Don’t have a meeting if you don’t need one.
• Know when you need to have a meeting and do it.
